My husband, Richard, and I began keeping bees almost forty years ago when we used to live on a smallholding in west Wales.
Today we live further north in mid-Wales, just outside the town of Llandrindod Wells in Powys in a little village called Llanyre where we keep our bees - firstly because we just love being beekeepers and also to furnish us with some of their beautiful golden honey and, because we love breeding gentle, environmentally suited bees, we sell colonies of bees too.
