Though Richard, my husband, and I did keep many breeds and types of cattle and other animals on the smallholding in west Wales where we once made our living Highland Cows were not part of that list. That doesn't mean though that I didn't fall in love with them as so many do.
I have painted different groups of Highland Cattle many times now so if you have a photograph of your own animals or just of animals you might have met along the way (cattle or otherwise) why not contact me using the form box below and ask about emailing me the photos with a view to my creating an original work just for you?
If you have several animals you'd like in a painting they definitely do not all have to be on the same photo! I usually ask a client to send me their favourite photos of each animal and I can usually construct a beautifully natural looking group using 'artistic license' - after all, that's what good artists do!
