Please remember to enter the ‘password’ exactly as it is presented, but if you can’t read it please just click on the button that looks like this                  (below) to hear it through your computer speakers.

OPTION ONE:

If you only wish to receive cards to make up the allowance you may be entitled to (regarding the Facebook offer) you do not need to fill in this form, we will select the correct allowance of cards and send them on to you.

OPTION TWO:

When applying for Original Artworks or Fine Art Prints please be very careful that you stipulate, clearly, the exact works that interest you. For prints it is VITAL you provide the exact size required. We strongly recommend you use the copy and paste function on your computer to carry across the TITLE(s) of work, CATALOGUE NUMBER, EXACT SIZE and PRICE AS DISPLAYED. These statistics are used to exactly identify the work(s) you hope to receive.

If, after claiming specific works, there is any allowance remaining we will include the value of greetings cards, you need do nothing about this.
